My Paintings
Are the images shown an accurate representation of the painting?
I take special care to represent the artwork as accurately as possible regarding size and colour.
The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings.
If the artwork you ordered is not what you expected I offer 14 days to return the work after its delivery.
Feel free to look at my customer review they often comment that the work is even more beautiful in real life!
What medium are your paintings created in?
I work in several mediums including acrylic paint, enamel paint, inks, oil pastels collage and pencils.
Will my painting be ready to hang on my wall?
You will always receive your painting “Ready to Hang”. The canvas is painted on all sides, and a unique hanging bracket is attached to the back allowing you to hang the painting flush to the wall with a standard picture hook. Every painting is also signed on the back and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
Is framing available for my paintings?
I do offer a selection of both pre-framed and unframed paintings to give a greater customer choice.
For the rest framing is available when placing an order as an additional cost. Simply click the frame colour choice and the cost will be added to the total.
The frames I offer are wooden contemporary floating style and are available in white, black, dark brown or natural finish.
What is a floating frame?
Floating frames (edge style) the frame leave a bit of space all-round the edge between the artwork and the frame itself. It is an elegant look and enhances the painting.
Is a certificate of authenticity provided with the artwork?
All artworks come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed and dated by me on the back of the painting.
The work I wanted is no longer available – can I commission a similar work?
I am happy to create accept a commission there is no extra cost, so please get in touch if the work you love is no longer available! (See my commission page for more information)
Buying My Paintings
What are the accepted methods of payment?
Payments are fully securely and are taken through my website using the online payment provider Stripe.
I do not store any of your personal or debit/credit card details.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, Apple Pay and G Pay. I also accept bank transfer please contact me for further information on this option.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course. Before the work has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email. Once it’s been shipped, the cancellation period begins 14 days after delivery. If the work has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned and checked.
Shipping & Delivery
How will my painting be packaged?
It depends on size, but All paintings will be carefully and securely packed using corner protection, bubble wrap and cardboard and protected with plastic protective board.
Larger paintings will be delivered in a wooden crate for maximum protection.
No matter the size I take a lot of to make sure your painting arrives in perfect condition.
How long will my painting take to deliver?
After the payment has been processed, we will start the packing process.
Unframed art – Delivery takes between 7 to 10 business days.
Framed art – Each frame is handmade specifically to fit the painting so packing and delivery takes a little longer between 10 to 15 business days.
I will of course keep you updated.
Who will deliver my painting?
All paintings are fully insured sent via professional courier www.transglobalexpress.co.uk
How do I check the status of my order?
You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you place your order, and I will keep you informed with the packing process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number.
At each step along the journey, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to https://www.transglobalexpress.co.uk/track-shipment/
Is the delivery of my Artwork insured?
Absolutely! I will always insure the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

Which countries do you deliver to?
I offer a full 14-day return service which gives you the chance to see the art in situ at your own home or office.
Delivery is FREE to any UK mainland address.
European delivery is available and calculated at checkout.

Do not hesitate to contact me, I will always try to find a solution for delivery – even if you live on a desert island!
If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?
I will always try to deliver your paintings at the same time. However, I can’t guarantee this as I have no control on delivery once they leave my studio.
Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person?
I will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, I set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave.
If it’s a surprise or a present, let me know!
Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
Yes, of course, simply get in touch with me to arrange a date to come to the studio.
Returns
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork, so I offer a full 14-day return service for the UK which gives you the chance to see the art in situ at your own home or office.
If the original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery safely to me. Once the artwork has been safely returned and checked I will refund your payment within 14 days.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 24hrs with a photograph and information of the damage so I can make a claim with the courier.
